Stage 18: Jakobsweg Graubünden

From the monastery village of Disentis, you soon reach the small Sogn Giachen Chapel in Cuoz, the first place of worship on this section, which is dedicated to St. Jacob and was built by the Jacob Brotherhood. Past the pretty Walser village of Segnas and along the railway line of the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn, a comfortable path leads on to Bugnei to Sedrun.

From Disentis train station, first head towards the village church, then turn left after the church. At the Wollkarderei, turn right again until you reach the sports centre. From there, take the main road until you reach the junction for Cuoz. In the village of Buretsch turn right to Segnas (access road) In Segnas take the hiking trail no. 85 to Sedrun.
